Regarding our apps

 

All our apps are COPPA & GDPR compliant apps that respect your privacy and have of greater importance the protection of children. At PlayCraft we take privacy very seriously and we design our apps especially for children, with special attention to online privacy. In our apps we do not collect, store, or share any personal information or location data. We do not have advertisements or in-app purchases. We only externally link in protected parent areas to our support web site, social media pages, and our other apps. In addition, we are proud to follow the best practices for children’s’ apps as specified by the “Know what’s inside” program. We want our parents to be sure that we have created a safe place for their kids, where they can explore, learn and play without any interruption.

We do NOT collect any personal information through our apps.

 

Collection & use of “non-personal information” in our apps

We do NOT collect non-personal information as PlayCraft and we do NOT use tools or third-party analytical software to gather or analyze non-personal information.

 

Parental gate

Our apps provide parents with access to settings, which include: information about PlayCraft, possibility to subscribe to our mailing list, game support section, possibility to switch on/off sound, rating, link to PlayCraft’s website & FB. All the above mentioned are secured behind a parental gate. Our apps do NOT display third-party advertising. Our apps may contain information or links to other apps that PlayCraft has developed. In this case links are also child-locked and accessible only by adults.

 

Push notifications & location data

Our apps do NOT use push notification and they do NOT collect location data.

 

Regarding our website

We believe your right to privacy should be protected at all times. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the information we collect is either essential to use our service or for the purpose of enhancing your experience. We will never supply this information to anyone without your approval.

 

Collection & use of “personal information” on our website

 

The only “personal information” that PlayCraft collects via this website ( www.playcraft.co ) is when:

  1. An adult user contacts PlayCraft via direct e-mail through our website’s contact button. PlayCraft uses the personal information acquired only to directly reply to the specific inquiry and for no other purpose. We do not share any personal information with third-party companies or individuals.

  2. When an adult user subscribes to PlayCraft’s newsletter via the website or one of PlayCraft’s apps parents gate section. The subscribed e-mail address is used specifically to inform the user of app updates, new app releases, new products and sales via a low volume newsletter. The user has the ability to unsubscribe at any time simply by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button provided on the sent newsletter e-mail.

    We do NOT automatically collect personal information through our website. We do NOT share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, e-mail, phone or any other type of data) with third-party companies or individuals. We do however use MailChimp as our newsletter provider (GDPR compliant). This means that the personal data we collect via our newsletter subscription forms are stored and managed via MailChimp’s servers and online tools.     Where a force majeure event gives rise to a failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these terms of sale, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.


If we become aware of a force majeure event which gives rise to, or which is likely to give rise to, any failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these terms of sale, we will notify you forthwith.

We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the any force majeure event.

Disputes
For purposes of enforcing compliance with the Privacy Policy, any arising disputes are subject to, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Bulgarian Law, and the courts of Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale.
